PLANNING
Unlike last year, this year, we needed to create a social media campaign and to utilize that campaign, we decided to not only publish the short movie onto YouTube but to also put it as a premiere. Doing this will allow us get more people into the "discussion table" to get more opinion and reaction of the movie. Furthermore, by doing it as a premiere, viewers will have a sense of happiness when they know that they are watching the film with the producers and they know that their opinion are listened during and after the premiere through the comment section
IMPLEMENTING
Because I have done with the final outcome, I just needed to come up with a good time when people online the most to premiere this video. After researching, I found at 8PM is a great time, not too soon, not too late and many people can join. However, after done with the schedule, I found out a problem with our final outcome, the resolution was off, making the video can not reach full HD. To fix this, I need to fix the original project to 1920 x 1080 and export again. Not until 10:30PM did we get it done. As a result, the premiere time needed to be delay until 11PM.
THE OUTCOME
It turned out much nicer that we expected, there was not so many views (about 10 views) but that was already a small succeed that we have as a newly debut studio with just one project. Here is a video of the live comment section so that you can understand the atmosphere better:
